Ppvio Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Ppvio (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming and sportsbook service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of ppvio's services.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited. Information required to create an account:

• Valid email address
• Mobile Number
• Current Address

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Always use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

Ppvio is a responsible gaming platform committed to protecting minors. All users are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

The following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• A recent selfie photo
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on ppvio and are binding on all users equally.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash-out feature applies.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds during live matches (Live Betting) change rapidly; the odds at the time of acceptance are considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, ppvio reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Casino games use an RNG system that is independently audited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvio platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action:

• Any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Impersonating another user or gaining unauthorized access to their account
• Bonus abuse or creation of multiple accounts
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

Ppvio believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide users with multiple tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Pause your gaming activity for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact support to permanently close your account.

Ppvio reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

Users may request account closure at any time by emailing support@ppvio.bet. Any verified balance will be available for withdrawal prior to closure, except in cases of fraud.

The ppvio website, mobile app, logo, trademarks, content, graphics, software, and all other materials are the intellectual property of ppvio or its licensors, protected under copyright and international intellectual property law.

• Copying, distributing, or republishing ppvio content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Ppvio's trademarks and logos may not be used for personal or commercial purposes.
• Users are solely responsible for any content they post on the platform.

Ppvio provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Any losses caused by technical issues or server downtime
• Bets or game sessions lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligent disclosure of account credentials

Under no circumstances shall ppvio's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
